+ WHAT IS RECOVERY LIKE FOR BRAZLIAN BUTT LIFT PROCEDURES?

Following surgery, it can take about one week to recover from the procedure. The surgeon may allow patients to return to their normal schedule but may prohibit strenuous activities, like exercise, for several weeks postoperatively. Patient downtime is expected to be about one week following the surgery. Patients may be asked not to sit on their newly sculpted rear ends for a number of weeks to ensure healthy blood flow to the injected fat. This will lessen volume loss as more fat will remain in each cheek by receiving the nutrients needed to thrive. Special cushions (called a doughnut pillow) can be designed for desk chairs so the buttocks are not impacted, and patients can modify their sleeping positions through the use of a body pillow to ensure they are laying on their sides or stomachs.
